Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice and quiet! This fan is nice and quite. It was installed in a second bathroom. I didn't personally in stall the fan, my electrician did. He said that it was an easy install for him.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good product We had the light installed about 6 months during a master bath upgrade. The brushed nickel finish still looks good. You hear the fan, but it is not annoying. I expected that since it is not an ultra-quiet model. The shade does absorb much of the light from the bulbs, so I wouldn't use it as the only light in the bathroom. I took advantage of that and installed 2 low-wattage mini-bulbs and use it as a night light. Now I don't get blasted by light when I use the bathroom in the middle of the night.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beauty and functionality Installed two of these in our new house in August 2014. They provide excellent exhaust without excessive noise. The decorative look hides the fan while providing ample light for a small water closet or 1/4 bath. Be careful installing the glass cover. It snaps into 3 spring clips. Once installed, it is solid.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great look, but loud. I installed this light/exhaust fan in my water closet. A piece was missing in the packaging but the company sent it right away when I called. I love the look! Most exhaust fans look so industrial but this one is stylish. The shade gives off warmer/yellower light than I expected compared to the other bathroom fixtures. Also, it is louder than I would like.

  • Why isn't the 761WHA not suitable for the kitchen?

We purchased with the intent to install in the kitchen, after opening the box and looking over detail we notice that on the unit it said "not for use in kitchen". No where on box exterior did it note.

Can this unit be wired for only one switch to turn the light and fan on?

    Asked by: Dan
Thank you for your question on the model 761WHA exhaust fan/light. There is no problem wiring the 761WHA with one switch so the fan and light both come on at the same time. Please contact the Technical Service Department at 800-637-1453 if you need further assistance.
