    Answer: 
    The 6” round opening is even with the 10” side on one side but overhangs the other side by roughly 2 ¾”. The 6” opening is centered over the long 3 ¼ x 10” rectangular width.

    Thank you for your question on the model 411 transition. The 411 and 877 are both 3-1/4” x 10” rectangular to 6” round duct work transitions. The 411 is a straight transition and the 877 is offset. They can both be used to transition from round to rectangular or rectangular to round.
