    Does this product work with 6" solid duct?

    I see the installation instructions only mention insulated flex duct.

    are complaining of the high winds making the flap continually moving
    and sending the sound down through the range hood...what is your
    recommendation to correcting this issue?

    Thank you for your question on model 634M roof cap. If the 634M is installed properly and the back draft damper is seated properly, the air should not be able to blow it open. Please contact the Technical Service Department at 800-637-1453 for assistance.
