  • This patent-pending series marks a revolution of our mid-range ventilation fans. It gives professionals the flexibility to handle new construction or room-side retrofit installations from one hard-working product line with a full range of operating points. Innovations include foldable mounting ears and new damper and housing technology that improve building airtightness like never before. And all with new grille designs that are at home in any decor.

    • 110 CFM reduces humidity to quickly eliminate fogged mirrors and manage moisture in bathrooms up to 105 square feet, so your vision will always be clear and your surroundings will always be comfortable
    • Retrofit installations can be done entirely from the room-side – no attic access required. This means a faster, easier installation, so you can move on to something else
    • With our TrueSeal™ Damper Technology, InVent fans reduce air leakage by up to 50%* compared to competitive models, resulting in better home performance via blower door tests and reducing cold and warm air backdrafts
    • EzDuct™ Connector can be installed room-side with no attic access required, fan housing connection have never been easier
    • ENERGY STAR® Certified
    • UL Listed for use over tubs and showers with a GFCI circuit; so you can capture the steam before it spreads throughout the room by locating your fan exactly where you need it the most
    • Includes 11 watt, 3000K, integrated LED module for energy efficiency
    • May not be compatible with all dimmer controls. For a list of compatible controls see Additional Information above

*Testing reflects total fan housing airtightness. See broan.com/invent for more details.

  • AE110L is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very quiet and the fluorescent light is bright I did a previous review of this fan and gave it a 3 star rating because I found it difficult to install for two reasons: 1) hard to get up into opening due to mounting wings 2) sags once installed due to cantilevered mounting system. I had to install a wood brace above the fan and screw into that brace to properly secure the fan frame. Once installed I am improving my 3 star rating to a 4 star because this fan is very quiet and the fluorescent light is nice and bright. Further, this fan does a great job of clearing the 5'x8' bathroom after my wife's steam showers. I am very pleased with the operation of this fan so far.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Bright light & quiet Bought this to replace & relocate 28 yo Broan bathroom fan. Moved this one directly over shower. I would give this a higher rating, but the fact that it mounts to only one side of a joist left the other side drooping and dangling by at least 1/2". I had to install a cross brace above the fan spanning two ceiling joists and then put screws up through the top of the metal fan housing into the brace. This gave it enough support. Overall the fan is easy to wire, but you will make several trips to the attic to complete the job. Once installed this fan is significantly more quiet than the 28 yo fan it replaced. I also like the fluorescent light - it is brighter than anticipated. The real test is whether it removes moisture from my wife's long steam showers.

Fan seems to run more frequently than needed

We installed a steam shower this week and the electrician installed this fan in the bathroom exterior to the shower. It does fine clearing humidity out after a steam shower. But it seems to cycle on and off when the bathroom is not even in use. Is there a way to adjust how frequently it runs?
    Asked by: Jimbo

This is the exact fan I want. Unfortunately Home Depot and another electrical supplier in the Portland Oregon area listed on your website do not carry it and won't pre-order. I'm ready to install. I am also fine with ordering online. Help!
