Only one of the two 13w lights work. Which would be the most likely culprit. Ballast transformer or light socket? Can either be replaced and at what cost.

    Thank you

    Answer:
Thank you for your question on the model 741WHFLNT exhaust fan/light. If only one light is not working the problem could be the ballast or socket. Please contact the Technical Service Department at 800-637-1453 for assistance.

    Answer:
Thank you for your question on the model 757SN and S120L. You cannot attach the light fixture from the 757SN to the S120L housing. You would need to completely remove the S120L to install the 757SN.

    Answer:
It seems that these decorative fan/lights can not be used to vent the room while having a shower. So now I must find a different one.

    Answer:
According to the Canadian office, this is not available to Canada. But strange that it's cUL listed (the c means Canada). I would have purchased this one.

    Answer:
Thank you for your question on the Broan model 761BN. The model 713 is not a valid Broan model number. If you are removing a fan that is already in the ceiling, the best way is to do so from the attic. The housing will be attached to the ceiling joists with screws or nails. If you do not have attic access, you will need to enlarge the hole in the ceiling to be able to work around the current housing so you can remove it from the ceiling. This may require patching the ceiling drywall when finished. For further questions, please contact technical support at 1-800-637-1453.

    Answer:
I'm sorry that you are having difficuly finding the correct bulbs. Another way to locate this bulb, is to use the term B-10.
You may want to check with a lighting showroom or internet company who deals exclusively with light bulbs, in finding this "candelabra", B-10 bulb.
