We installed this directly above our shower. It is so quiet my husband fooled me after installation saying it didn't work. The fan is strong and the light is nice and bright in our shower. We've been using it a couple weeks and its still running quiet and leaving the walls dry. Highly recommended.

This fan is nice and quiet, easy to install. The only problem i have is with the back flow flap make noise when it is windy outside, even with rain cap with damper.

I can't figure out how to get the grille to sit flat against the ceiling on its own. It will if I push slightly upward against the grille.
The mounting frame and blower assembly are mounted correctly and securely. The springs are engaged properly. It's almost as if the grille is too heavy for the springs.
Now I need to figure out how to make this work.

OK...our old ceiling fan was a 4" vent and we always had steam on the mirror getting
out of the shower. Had this installed (had to purchase vent hose as we decided to
vent it outside through an attic vent and not a soffit. It is a little louder than the old but
not by much so it is not too loud. We did not hook up the night light part of it. Right
after getting out of the shower there is steam on the mirror, but it doesn't last long.
The mirror cleans up in a matter of a minute or
so, which is so much better than the old fan which never cleared up the mirror and we had to keep it going quite a while after a shower. This is pricey for a bath fan, but it
seems to be doing a much better job than the old one. I shopped around for quite a
while and could not find one that had 110 cfm for the price. As professionals have
recommended, do not use it in a 4" vent; it won't do the job. Seems so easy to clean
as you can pull down the vent housing an inch or so to vacuum.I would recommend
this Braun bath ceiling fan.

This product works great. I really liked the new bracket that does not require attic access. The six inch duct requirement would not work for my application so I had to buy a four inch reducer. The fan is so quiet we had to install a timer because we forget to shut it off.

Rated 4 out of 5 by BillC Nice Fan - but some cheaply made parts
fan noise - quiet
For the price paid, the 3 rocker switch should have been included.
installation - a little difficult for a remodel.
Baffle plate that prevents indoor air from escaping - cheap plastic pins that connect plate to duct. One broke as soon as I pushed into the connector,
Very poor quality on this part.
