  • switch function labels

I purchased this control in white to replace the original gold one. Either the switch function labels were not in the box, or the electrician who installed it lost them. Is there any way I can get or buy the labels? This is not the simplest of controllers and the labels are very helpful!

Hello, I just opened one of these out of the box...ALL of the wires (red, blue, black) came unattached--we didn't even pull on them. Just manipulating them as we were going to attach! I assume this is a defective product?!
