Rated 5 out of 5 by Beautiful functionality! Well done! I love this bathroom fan/light. It is not the typical plastic that is stuck to the ceiling. It's beautiful yet serves a function and functions well. I LOVE my new fan and highly recommend this product. Well done!!! June 28, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by This product is good looking, and has good light The wife and I just purchased this bathroom fan/light, and installed it. So really haven't used it very long. But it is a good looking unit, seems plenty powerful enough and has good lighting compared to others we looked at. Installation went well, and so far we are really pleased with this purchase. Rated 4 out of 5 by looks great I bought the light/fan combo for my master bat remodel to be installed in the toilet area. The light looks great and the fan noise is quitter than what it replaced. The noise is the only reason it did not score a perfect 5. April 17, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great looking to replace two units Used it to replace a fan and light with one unit. The unit looks great, but the fan is a little loud, but not as loud as my old fan. It makes it a good replacement for my old two units it replaced. April 3, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent product, even better price! During our remodeling project, we were looking to upgrade our lighting fixtures but didn't have alot of room in our budget. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of this fixture, especially for the price. Shipping was quick, customer service was excellent. Highly recommended! January 21, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by Ran for only 2 years Had the Broan 766BN professionally installed in the hall bath in our new house 2 years ago. Today the fan makes horrible noises when it is started, and the motor stops after a minute or so. Pulled it to take a look, the bearings in the motor are out. I would expect that Broan wouldn't produce a fan that was so cheap that it won't make it to it's third year. February 19, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Has a very nice look. We love the look and how well the fan works, very stylish. February 6, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great deal This fab works great and looks good. Very easy to install. Good price for perfoance. February 6, 2015

    Answer:
Thank you for your question on exhaust fans. If you are installing an exhaust fan in place of an existing ceiling light fixture, you would remove the existing junction box from the ceiling when you install the exhaust fan unit housing in the ceiling. Please contact the Technical Service Department at 800-637-1453 if you need further assistance.

    Answer:
Thank you for your question on the model 761BN exhaust fan/light. The flickering could be caused by vibration. You would want to check and make sure the back draft damper is opening when the fan comes on. Also check for any obstructions in the duct work. Please contact the Technical Service Department at 800-637-1453 if you need further assistance.

    Answer:
Thank you for your question on the model 764RB exhaust fan/light. Exhaust fans are sound rated by “sones”. One sone is approximately equal to a modern day refrigerator running. The 764RB is rated for 80 CFM and 2.5 sones.

I have run the light to switch works fine, have followed wiring diagram of Leviton decora IPHS5, and then followed wiring diagram to hook up fan to sensor control- but fan will not activate --- will this particular unit allow that kind of sensor control?

    Answer:
Thank you for your question on the model 761BN exhaust fan/light. The 761BN should work with any simple line switchable humidity sensor, but may not work properly with electronic controls. Please contact our Canadian office at 877-896-1119 for assistance.
