Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very pleased I bought this fan to replace an existing fan. It really looks nice, gives a great white light, with LEDs so doubt I will ever have to change bulbs. It isn't whisper quiet but not obnoxious and a lot quieter than the previous one and moves a lot more air than the previous fan. I like it enough that when I re-do our master bath later this year I will be buying 3 more as it is a funky bath that will need one for bath, shower and toilet areas.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very nice replacement I installed this fan myself as a replacement for out old, noisy bathroom fan. This one literally blows away the old one! It has very nice air intake, it is much quieter than our old fan and the LED light is very bright. However, I would not want the light as the only source of lighting for the room unless it were in a very small bathroom. Very good product, I would buy again, but, I hope that isn't going to be for a long time!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from great light! I needed additional light in small bathroom near shower area. I could see this one down the aisle. It is quieter than my old fan and includes the LED light. It doesn't seem to draw the steam out as well. I have water running down the walls. It doesn't matter how short the shower. I dread when I have to replace it when the light burns out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quietest Fan Ever Installation worked well, LED light is bright enough so other bathroom lights usually aren't needed, very, very quiet fan that still moves a good volume of air. We'll see if it will last 15 years like the last Broan (which was noisy).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice Fan Easy to install, quiet. The LED is nice. I paired it with a timer switch. Works very well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from nice fan moves the air and very bright light the fan is powerful moves a lot of air and the light really lightens its not just for looks pretty simple installation I installed three of them in my cabin in no time spent more time on venting then anything found that pvc sewer pipe sch 30 works great for the vents and will not rust

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy install Very happy with my choice of this product. Installed during bath remodel. Removing old fan/light was the hardest part of project. Fan very quiet and light very bright.

  • what is the difference between the 791LED vs 791LEDNT?

    Asked by: Rudy
They are not the same as the Broan rep indicated. Look at pictures of them both online. The Nutone has a grille sort of collar between the faceplate and ceiling. The Broan is flush-mount with respect to the faceplate. Some reviews of the Nutone refer to appearance issues because you can see through the collar-grille into the fan interior and/or ceiling. I chose the Broan for this reason.

Model 791LED Vent Fan Light out put Comparable to??

Our current fan has a 60 watt incandescent bulb. How does the LED light output compare? Is the LED light output adjustable? Also, what is the retail price of the unit?
    Asked by: Pard
I had the same 60 watt bulb in my old bath light/fan. The LED will really brighten things up nicely. I paid 149.00 at lowes.

Yes I had no access to the top of mine. Was able to undo the pipe to the vent and put it on the new fan.
