Rated 5 out of 5 by tszig2004 good value for the price
It was a little harder to install because we were replacing an old fan, so I had to do a lot of rewiring and drywalling.

Rated 5 out of 5 by rmireau Great Product Good Price
We have a customer with an older home and the bathrooms are cold in the winter. There was no room light and no exhaust fan. We added this product and the result was fantastic. More will be ordered shortly!

Rated 3 out of 5 by lapain Loud and poor heat out put
It's an average unit. It is louder than we thought, plus the heater doesn't put out like we hoped either. We have the same unit our smaller kid bathroom and still doesn't put out heat like we thought. Only had it for 2 months, so I can not comment on long life. If sound and heat is important, I would not suggest this model.

Rated 1 out of 5 by littlbob44 Heating element failed
the first one of these units i bought lasted over 5 years before the heating element quit working, does nothing when the switch is flicked. for the price, i bought en entire second unit, believing that if one component went after 5 years, the rest couldnt be far behind. well, 18 months in and the heater went on the new one. Broan used to offer a 5 year warranty on this, but i've discovered that theyve since changed it to a 1 year. hmmmm and thew new one died after a year and a half, coincidence?

Rated 3 out of 5 by Marty The 655 is a mid level unit
The 655 works fine but the light socket failed within 1.5 years and the light lens has yellowed from a 100W bulb during normal residential use. As a specifier of fans in the HVAC industry I give it a 5 out of 10 for short light socket life.

Rated 5 out of 5 by SP2024 Great Heater/ Exhaust Fan for small bathroom
We have 2 of these units in our two smaller bathrooms. They work extremely well. We had them installed during the building of our home 6 years ago. They are still functioning just fine.
In our master bath, which is considerably larger, we installed a larger version with more power. I believe it is the Broan QTX110HL. It also has a night light feature, which is nice. It also works extremely well. Our heating element just went out in that one, but we are replacing it for about $30.
Very pleased with our choice of these products. Would not want to live without them!

Rated 4 out of 5 by mlfb really warms up my bathroom!
It works great, is so nice to have extra warmth in the bathroom in the winter! The only negative is that it's rather noisy.
