    How to connect to furnance

I had the ERV200HC installed to come on when my furnance turned on. I have since, replaced the furnance with a Goodman MCV95 unit and the installer claims that it cannot be connected to turn on with the furnance? Is this correct? If not who can provide me with details to do this? Thank you

My ERV200HC shuts down by itself.

Control VT2W, set on hi, 20 degrees F, used in basement space only. If I unplug it, for a few mins, it will restart and run for several mins. If I leave it alone, it will not come back on. Model # Gaurdian ERV200HC Serial # 84 85000624 888 Thank You.

What kind of recovery core does the Guardian ERV 200 HC have?

We recently moved into a home that has a Guardian ERV 200 HC system. I would like to clean the filters and the recovery core but don't know if it's Polypropylene (can be washed# or Enthalpic paper #cannot be washed). My guess is that the recovery core has not been clean since it was installed in 2001!
