    Thank you for your question on the 696 exhaust fan/light. There is a fan assembly available for the 696. It is part number S97017714 and you can get it through our Customer Service Department at 800-558-1711.

    Which model do I have?

    I am trying to replace a ceiling fan installed by previous owner, about 20 years ago--not sure whether it is 655, 657, 656, or 658. Owner left installation instructions for all 4 models. I can't tell which model number it is (the model number is not visible). How can I tell whether it is simply a fan/light combination, or a fan/heater/light combination?

    The model number should be stamped inside the metal can or housing in the ceiling. It should be visible once you remove the grille. If it is not, please contact our Technical Service Department at 800-637-1453 for assistance in identifying which product you have.
