Our old fan just wasn't removing the steam and moisture from showers/baths and the bathroom was starting to have a moldy smell. The new 110 CFM, Broan Quiet Bath Fan (QTR110) has really made a difference! No more moldy smell, the bathroom smells fresh and dry.
I only wish Broan had a stainless steel vent cover instead of the standard plastic one included in the package.

I purchased this fan a couple of years ago and had it professionally installed. It is suppose to be with low noise fan and it is not. It is quite loud, louder than the one I had replaced. I'd like to replace this one with a truly noiseless fan but cannot afford to do so.

We recently moved our washer and dryer from the garage to a laundry area in our home. The QTR080 bathroom fan does an excellent to exhaust moisture and heat from the laundry area.

THIS EXAUST FAN WAS EASY TO REPLACE, I JUST HAD TO INLARGE THE HOLE. WE ARE VERY SATISFIED HOW QUITE IT IS.

I'm not a very good do it yourself-er but I installed this product myself. The wiring was a little tricky but in the long run the fan is great! I did have a problem with the fan starting to make some noise but one call had parts to me in just a few days. The fan has cut the problem with mold growing in the bathroom to a twice a year cleaning for mold. The fan has a night light feature so when guests stay over I can leave it on so they can find the bath with out a bright blaring light in their eyes. It is very quiet that sometimes I have to check if the kids have left the fan on. With the kids (teens) showers with all the steam they produce the fan is quick to pull all the steam out and dry the bath. I'm very happy with this product and will continue to tell others about this product.

I bought this fan 1 year ago and it has worked very well in ventillating the master bath. Be aware that this fan is loud during operations but that is to be expected for a heavy duty fan. This fan has never over heated during as much as 1 hour of contunuos use.

I purchased this product as a replacement for a device that was over 20 years old. Installation was very easy to complete, the template provided an excellent tool to minimize excessive waste.
In operation, the unit is ver quiet and the automatic timer works flawlessly.
Overall a great value.
