    Thank you for your question on the model 744SFL humidity sensing exhaust fan/light. To have the humidity sensor available at all times as well as independent operation of the light and exhaust fan override, you would need three switches and the associated wiring. To have the humidity sensor available at all times and independent operation of the light, you would need two switches. The installation instructions are available for download on our web site or you can contact the Technical Service Department at 800-637-1453 for assistance.

You do not need to access the attic or remove the entire unit for repair. Please contact the Technical Service Department at 800-637-1453 for further assistance.

    Thank you for your question on the model 744SFL humidity sensing exhaust fan/fluorescent light. There is no option for a lens to be installed over the bulb in the 744SFL. The grille also needs to stay open for the humidity sensor to work.
