    Is this UL listed for use over a bath?

    Thank you for your question on the model 744 exhaust fan/light. I’m sorry, but this unit cannot be installed directly into a drop ceiling. It physically needs to be connected to the solid ceiling.

    Thank you for your question on the model 744 fan/light. This unit can be installed in a ceiling with insulation around and on top of the housing, up to an R40 value.

    Thank you for the question on the 744 exhaust fan/light. There is a back draft damper built into the 744, but it is a good idea to have a back draft damper on the roof or wall cap, where the duct work exits the house.
