Wiring for full manual control of fan, not using the on/off sequence?

Do you have a wiring diagram for full manual control of the fan? My wife does not want to have to explain how the fan works in the guest bath every time we have guests staying in there.

From the installation manual, it looks like a 3 rocker switch with one rocker each to the orange, blue, and brown wires would do it.

Thank you for your question on the model 744SFL humidity sensing exhaust fan/light. You can download the installation instructions from our web site. Wiring a switch to the orange wire will give you fan override operation.

    Testing Ballast?

I have a 744 FL-A I installed one year ago, with the GX24-Q1 4-pin bulb. The bulb stopped working, and I bought a replacement...the replacement bulb does not work...so I am wondering if the ballast is somehow damaged. How do I test whether or not I am getting power to the ballast?
