Light bleeding through air vents was not expected and is annoying . Night light burns constantly was not expected. Disappointing.

Exhaust fan works fine but nothing we have done has gotten the humidity function to work. We could have gotten a much less expensive exhaust fan.
We got a different Broan fan for the guest bath. We love it. It has a heater, exhaust, light, and night light. Heats quickly and exhausts well.

We had this professionally installed, but they had no problems installing it. Love the automatic humidity sensor! No more yelling at the kids to turn the fan on and the night light feature is great for the middle of the night bathroom trips! Very happy with this product!

Purchased expecting to be very quiet for the price. Much louder than expected after it was installed. Choose to install one fan mounted vertically. Manufacturer said the fan would not be covered by warranty if installed that way. Not that it would fail. Simply because it was never tested that way per the tech that I talked to. Cheaper fan that I had was not much louder. It does evacuate moisture and smell with in 3-4 minutes.
