Above ceiling access is difficult. I would prefer to use the existing housing and up date the fan and ceiling grill. Would like to increase air exchange rate, currently 50 cfm. Any suggestions?

    Answer:
Thank you for your question on the model 678 exhaust fan/light. The only replacement parts available for the 678, using the existing housing, would be the original replacement parts. If you need a fan with more CFM, you would need to completely remove the 678 from the ceiling and replace it with a new model.
